Project Status
Completed
Project Type
Deep Foundation & Shoring
Project Overview
The RAW Bank Boulevard Project involved the execution of a deep foundation and shoring system to support a complex excavation within an urban environment. The works included the installation of bored piles reaching depths of up to 21 meters, designed to safely transfer structural loads to competent soil layers and ensure long-term stability.
To support the excavation, a shoring wall system was constructed to retain surrounding soils and control lateral movements. Due to groundwater presence, a dewatering system was implemented to maintain dry and stable working conditions throughout construction. The integrated foundation, shoring, and dewatering approach ensured safe execution, structural integrity, and reliable performance under challenging ground conditions.
