Deep Foundation, Shoring & Dewatering Works
Project Name
Office des Routes Project
Project Location

Project Type
Deep Foundation & Shoring
Project Overview
The Office des Routes Project involved the construction of a deep foundation and shoring system designed to support a complex excavation under challenging ground conditions. The foundation works consisted of 800 mm bored piles installed to depths of up to 8 meters below foundation level, ensuring adequate load transfer to competent layers.
To safely support an excavation of approximately 6 meters, a shoring wall system made of 600 mm diameter piles extending to 16 meters was constructed, providing essential lateral stability. Due to groundwater presence and soil variability, a dewatering system was implemented to maintain dry and controlled working conditions throughout execution.
This integrated approach ensured structural stability, enhanced construction safety, and delivered a durable foundation solution for long-term project performance.
